Who we are

Designed with you, made in our workshop, fitted by our installers.

KR Fireplaces is a family business with a showroom and workshop in King's Lynn. Between us we have over 60 years' combined experience of designing, supplying and installing fireplaces, stoves and stone worktops.

The workshop is what makes the difference. Bespoke fireplaces are made on site to the style, materials, size and finish you choose, then fitted by our own installers: HETAS-certified for stoves, and our in-house Gas Safe engineer for gas fires.

How a Bespoke Fireplace Is Made

Each bespoke surround starts with your room: the chimney breast, the proportions and the materials you choose.

  1. 01 / 04

    Measure and discuss

We look at the room, the chimney breast and how you'd like it to feel. Bring photos or measurements to the showroom, or we come to you.

  2. 02 / 04

    Choose the details

Style, materials, size and finish, chosen with you from samples in the showroom, along with the fire or stove that sits inside.

  3. 03 / 04

    Made on site

The fireplace is made in our own workshop in King's Lynn, to the measurements of your room.

  4. 04 / 04

    Fitted by our team

The same team installs it. Gas fires are fitted by our in-house Gas Safe engineer and stoves by our HETAS-certified installers.
